you may notice that there is in fact no particular theme to my blogs of interest (and I apologise if that offends your sense of continuity) but to he honest it's early on a Friday morning and although I've had a bracing breath of fresh air and an even more bracing cup of instant coffee (with 4 spoons of coffee in it) I'm still not feeling like I'm really here.
